In light of the limited activities, we are doing all we can to keep the business of educating our students, parents and teachers moving forward.  We feel particularly fortunate to be in the field of geospatial technologies as we are internet centric therefore, we are well positioned to seamlessly continue to work and offer cutting edge STEM/STEAM curriculum.  We have hard copy curriculum material too in the event of internet inaccessibility; Best Practices learned from Hurricane Katrina.  

On April 17, 2020 we began responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.  At that time we immediately sent our educators bi-weekly GIS Bytes focused on the crises and have continued this free service.  If you are interested in receiving any of this repository of  school age appropriate information please contact us, we will glad share any or all of it with you.

Our policy is to follow Governor Edwards and Mayor Broome's proclamations and mandates about this pandemic.   Our intentions, as we move through these uncertain times, are to put the safety of our employees first in order that we may be of service to our clients.  Situations are fluid and we are making necessary adjustments to our business every day, so please continue to check this page for our latest updates.

As our LSU Innovation Park Office is open, we are committed to following these safety measures and guidelines:

• Cleaning each office before it reopens
• Operating with limited hours for scheduled appointments
• Limiting the number of clients in each office to ensure social distancing
• Doing daily symptom assessment with every employee before every shift
• Continuing our rigorous daily cleaning schedule
• Wiping down surfaces after every client interaction
• Providing masks for all employees
• Providing wipes and hand sanitizer to clients and team members
